Returns & Eligibility
You may initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be unused, unwashed, and in the original, undamaged packaging.

It must be in the same condition that you received it.

You must provide proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email).
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email our support team at support@cobaltluxuries.com.
We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and detailed instructions, including the proper return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately and applied to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
Exchanges
We are happy to replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange, please email us at support@cobaltluxuries.com with your order details and a clear photo of the issue so we can quickly resolve it for you.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and final sale reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or custom-ordered items.

Kids Essentials that have been opened or used (e.g., bedding, feeding supplies, for hygiene).

Gift cards.

Sale or clearance items.
Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for general returns.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a damaged or wrong item), we will cover the cost of the return shipping.
